Research use only

Mr. Peppers Peptides sells research compounds for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and they have not been approved for use in people or animals.

Every order request includes a research use declaration, signed with your typed name, in which you confirm that:

  • You are 21 or older.
  • You are requesting the products for laboratory research only, and you won't use them, or supply them to anyone else to use, in or on people or animals.
  • You understand that a request doesn't place an order, and that it may or may not be accepted for sale.
  • You know how to handle research chemicals safely, and you'll store, use and dispose of them properly.
  • You'll follow every law and regulation that applies to you where you live and work.

The declaration also asks for your organization or lab and a short description of the intended research. We don't give advice on dosing, preparation or use in people or animals.

Order requests

We consider every request, and a request may or may not be accepted for sale.

Sending the checkout form gives us an order request, not an order. No payment is taken when you send it.

We review each request together with its research use declaration, usually within 2 business days, and we may ask you about the research before we decide. We may decline any request without giving a reason, including when the declaration is incomplete or we believe the products won't be used for laboratory research.

If we accept your request, we email you to confirm the order, the final total and how to pay. If we don't, we let you know and there's nothing more to do.

Price breaks and discount codes

Prices drop when you request more of one item, or more in one order, and both kinds of saving can apply to the same order.

  • Item breaks count one compound in one strength. Different strengths of the same compound are counted separately.
  • Order breaks count your total after item savings. The order saving is taken off that total.
  • If your request has 20 or more of one item, or comes to $2,000 or more, we'll call you to set a bulk rate before we confirm your order. Until then, your estimate uses the regular price breaks.
  • Shipping is worked out on your total after savings.

Discount codes

We give discount codes to some customers. A code takes a further percentage off after price breaks.

  • One code per request.
  • Codes change on a regular schedule. Once a code changes, the old one stops working.
  • First-order codes are for a customer's first order only. If one is used on a later order, we take the discount off before we confirm your total.
  • Some codes are personal: they're issued to one person, and every request that uses one is credited to them.
  • We check every code when we review a request, and we may decline a code that doesn't meet these terms. Codes have no cash value.

Testing and certificates

Every lot is tested by an independent lab before it's listed, for identity, purity, content and endotoxin. Each lot has its own certificate of analysis, identified by the lot number printed on the vial.

You can look up a certificate on our testing page, or ask for certificates in your order request and we'll email them with our reply. Read how we test.

Terms of sale

A request becomes an order only when we accept it by email.

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Totals shown on the site are estimates; the price in our acceptance email is the one that applies.

We ship once your payment clears. If something you asked for is unavailable, we'll tell you before you pay and adjust your order.

We may refuse any request or cancel any order.

Shipping

Orders ship within 2 business days after payment clears, and we email tracking details when your order leaves us.

We currently ship to: United States. You're responsible for making sure you can legally receive the products where you are.

Returns

For quality and safety reasons, we can't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll replace or refund the affected items.

Privacy

When you send an order request, we collect your name, organization or lab, the research use you describe, your signed declaration, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and your shipping address. We use them to review your request and to process, ship and support your order, and for nothing else.

Order requests reach us by email or through our form provider. Your cart, your age confirmation, any discount code you've applied and a copy of your last request are kept in your own browser, not on our servers. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We don't sell or share your information. To see or delete what we hold about you, email us.
